- Damaged Product / Wrong Size / Wrong Item Received
We offer a free exchange in such cases.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will raise a pickup request.
Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, we will ship your replacement product(s).
If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your pincode, you will need to return the product yourself. In such cases, the return shipping charges will not be applicable to you. - Didn’t Like the Product / Size Issue / Other Reasons
Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship your exchange product.
Reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 will be charged. - Return for Coupon Credit
A website coupon equal to the order amount minus shipping will be issued after inspection.
The coupon will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Product must be in original condition with tags intact.
Reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 will be charged and deducted from the coupon amount. - Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is picked up and received by us.
The refund amount will be the paid amount minus applicable reverse pickup charges.
The refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days after the pickup.
Customers are required to provide the necessary details (such as bank account information) to process the refund.
UPI refund facility is currently not available; we will upgrade this option soon.
Eligibility Criteria
Product must be in unused condition with tags attached.
Exchange/return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Second-time exchanges are not allowed.
